How to Raise a Complaint with Debthutch Tree Service

A tree removal provider working safely near a home in Cutler Bay

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Debthutch Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Debthutch Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Debthutch Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@debthutch.buzz and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
